Cake AnatomyMost cakes that we make at Cake From The Heart are based on coffee sized portions - 1" x 1" x 4" high slice (see image to the right)
If your cake is going to be eaten as a main dessert you may wish to have larger slices. Dessert sized portions are 1"x 2"x 4" high (see image to the far right) Below is a guide indicating how many slices you will get from various sized cakes. |
